This part of Kothrud has seen a lot of changes lately, and we’ve been right here to see it. Our office is a modest place where we spend our mornings drinking tea and going over the day's tasks. We aren't one of those companies with a bunch of people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the job done. Most of what we do involves property management and helping people find a place or sort out their land issues. It’s steady work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how we get our business. If someone likes what we did, they tell their cousin or a friend. We think that’s the best way to grow anyway. The traffic on New D.P. Road can get pretty bad in the evenings, but it’s a good spot to be. We’ve settled in here and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living and being honest about what we can do for our customers. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to folks, we just talk plain.
