Pride & Experts Properties Pvt. Ltd is based out of Dehugaon, which is in the Haveli Taluka of the Pune district. Being in a place like At Po Dehugaon means we aren't right in the middle of the city noise, which is nice. We handle a lot of property matters for people in this area. It’s a local business through and through. We know the land around here and the people who live in the village and the surrounding parts of Haveli. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and documents. We don't see the point in having a flashy office when most of our work happens out in the field anyway. People come to us when they need help with land or housing, and we just tell them what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do right by the people who trust us. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that’s just how it goes with property. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone, so you can’t really hide if you do a bad job. We just keep things plain and simple, working from our spot in Dehugaon and helping out whoever walks through the door. There are no secrets here, just a lot of hard work and regular daily tasks.
