Premier Industries

We are based in the MIDC Industrial Area over in Pimpri. Premier Industries has been operating out of this facility for quite a few years now. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always busy with trucks and machinery noise. Our daily routine involves a lot of production work and keeping an eye on the machines. It’s not a quiet office environment. There is usually the smell of oil and the sound of metal being worked. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We aren't into fancy corporate branding or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. The floor is often covered in shavings or dust, and we clean it up as we go. Pimpri is a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other shops around us. We have our own way of doing things that works for us. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. When a customer calls, we check the production schedule and give them an honest answer. We don't have a front desk person; usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It’s a hands-on place. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work. That is how we’ve always done things here since the start.
