Precise Constructions

Precise Constructions is located in the Kothrud area of Pune, right inside the Shivshankar Society. We use Flat No 127 as our main base of operations. Shivtirth Nagar is a pretty nice part of town to be in, and being in a residential society gives our office a bit of a homey feel. We are in the 411 038 zip code. Our days are mostly spent looking over blueprints, talking to contractors, and figuring out the logistics for different building sites. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the office part of it organized. There are always stacks of files and samples of materials laying around the flat. Since we are in a society, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. It’s a good spot for us because Kothrud is central to a lot of the work happening in Pune. We aren't some big firm with a glass skyscraper; we are just a local construction outfit working out of a flat. It works for us because we can focus on the actual building work rather than worrying about a fancy image. Most of our visitors are just people we work with on the sites. We handle the planning and the paperwork here, making sure the projects stay on schedule. It’s just regular work for a small team trying to do things right in the city.
