Precious Ads is based in the Chinchkar Building, specifically at Shop No. 5. You can find us on Khandoba Mandir Road, which is a pretty busy stretch of road in Kondhwa Budruk. We are right near the Ultratech Cement Office, so there is always some activity and a bit of dust flying around from the trucks. Our shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle advertising stuff for local businesses and anyone else who stops by. The walls are mostly covered with samples of work we’ve done over the months. It’s a simple setup with a couple of desks and some equipment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with the work itself. Khandoba Mandir Road is a good place to be because everyone passes through here at some point. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we just turn up the radio and keep going. We've been in this building for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on getting the ads ready for our customers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We are just a local shop in Kondhwa Budruk doing our thing day after day, helping folks get their message out there in the neighborhood.
