You’ll find Preciforge & Gears Pvt. Ltd. out on the Chakan-Thalegaon Road. We are specifically located at Gate No-150/2 in the Mahallungeingle area. It's quite a long drive from the main city, but this is where all the big factories and sheds are. Our forging and gear division is basically a large shed where the hammers and machines are always running. It’s loud and it’s greasy, but that’s just how gears are made. We’ve got a team of guys who really know their way around the forge. Some of them have been doing this work since they were kids. We don't really have a fancy story for how we started. We just opened the doors one day and started making parts for people who needed them. The office part of the building is just a small room with a couple of computers and a lot of binders on the shelves. We spend a lot of time checking the dimensions of the pieces we produce to make sure they aren't off by much. If something isn't right, we just fix it. That's how we operate. The road outside can get really muddy when it rains, making it tough for the heavy trucks to pull in. We usually have to go out and help them navigate the gate. We aren't looking to be the biggest company, just the one that does the job properly without any fuss. It's hard work, but we are used to it.
