Praya Infra Projects Pvt Ld. is located out here in Kmathe, near Bijapur. Jagadish Benaki is where we keep our main office and store our equipment. It's a quiet area most of the time, away from the big city noise of Karnataka. We spend a lot of our time out on different sites dealing with roads and buildings. The dust gets everywhere, especially in the summer months when it's really hot. We’ve got a small crew of locals who know the land well. Often, we are just moving dirt or checking on concrete pours. It’s hard work and the days are long. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to wait out the rain. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we started and make sure things are built solid. Our office isn't much to look at, mostly just some files and a few chairs for when we need to take a break. We handle a lot of different projects around the district. People know where to find us if they need something done. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. It’s just how we do things here in the village. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
