Prathmesh Developer

We’ve been working out of this spot at 273/1B in Baner Gaon for quite some time now. It’s a busy little corner of the world, especially with all the new shops popping up nearby lately. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the main desk dealing with blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Prathmesh Developer is just a small local operation, nothing too fancy or corporate. We started here because it was close to home and the rent was decent back then. Now, the area has grown so much it’s hard to recognize some days. We handle local building stuff and site work. It’s mostly just us trying to get things done on time. Sometimes the rain slows everything down and we just sit in the office drinking tea until it clears up. My nephew helps out with the computer stuff now because I’m not very good at that side of things. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just a small board near the door. People usually find us by asking the neighbor at the grocery store. It’s a simple life, really. We see a lot of people coming through Baner these days looking for places to stay. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. There’s always plenty to do, from checking the foundations to making sure the bricks arrive when they’re supposed to. That's just how we run things here.
