Prathamesh Construction

We run Prathamesh Construction out of a space near Akashwani in Hadapsar. It’s located in the Datta-Krupa building, which belongs to Ganpatrao D Patil. If you are looking for us, we are right behind Hotel Samrat and directly across from the Bajaj showroom. It is a busy part of Pune-28, but we like it here. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls and paperwork. The office isn't fancy, just a practical place where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially with the showroom nearby. That is just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People usually find us by looking for the hotel first as it is a big landmark. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It is just a few desks and a lot of talk about building projects. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we come back to handle the bits and pieces of the business. It works for us. Living and working in Hadapsar means we see the same faces often. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us sorting through plans or talking to suppliers. It’s a regular office for a regular construction crew. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the constant moving parts of the job. That is the story of our spot here. We are just trying to do our work well.
