Pratap Jadhavrao

Pratap Jadhavrao is situated in Aundh, at Siddharth Nagar, Phase 2. The office is actually in a residential-style building, number 14 E 1, and we are in Flat No 19 on the third floor. It’s on R C Dutt Road, which is a fairly busy street, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s much quieter. Because the office is in a flat, it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile business environment. We have desks in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our breaks. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we’ve been staring at the screens for too long. We’ve got shelves lining the walls that are stuffed with old project files and books. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we are all in at the same time, but we make it work. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big corporate entrance. You just ring the bell and someone will let you in. We prefer this kind of setup because it feels more personal. Most of the day is spent handling the usual paperwork and design tasks that come our way. We don’t go in for fancy presentations or marketing talk. We just do our jobs and try to keep things organized. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we’ve been here for quite some time now.
