Prasun Developers,Pune

Our office is in the Radhika Co-Op Housing Society, specifically B 201. It’s in Parvatinagar, which is a nice part of Pune. We’ve been operating as Prasun Developers for a while now, and we like being based inside a housing society because it keeps us close to the kind of work we do. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors, checking on permits, and meeting with people who want to buy a home. The office feels very much like a Pune home, with a small balcony and a kitchen where we make way too much tea. We have a lot of files on the shelves and a couple of computers that are always humming. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, and we prefer it that way. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about new projects. We know the local area quite well, from the shops down the street to the way the traffic moves in the afternoon. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s usually just us answering the phone and showing people drawings. Pune 30 is our area, and we take pride in being part of the local community here. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three people call at once, but we manage. We just focus on getting the buildings right and making sure everyone is on the same page during the construction.
