Prashant Deshmukh & Associates

This branch of Prashant Deshmukh & Associates is located at Vithai Plaza, right at Flat No. 12 near the Wadacha Stop in Karvenagar. Pune is a busy city, and Karvenagar is a spot where a lot is always happening. We are on the second floor of the plaza, which keeps us away from some of the street noise, but you can still hear the buses and bikes going by the stop. Our work here is mostly technical and involves a lot of planning and meetings. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our desks and a place for people to sit when they come to visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through different project files. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on at once, but we manage. We aren't some big high-rise firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just us working in a flat that we converted into an office space. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to find once they get to the Wadacha Stop. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just explain what needs to be done and how we are going to do it. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve been at it for a while now in this neighborhood. We usually close up around seven.
