Our spot is at the Sangam Bangala Out House. It’s right across from the C. I. D. Office and quite close to Sangam Bridge on the road between Pune and Bombay. It’s a very specific location. Prasanna Transport Net Pvt. Ltd. operates from this little out house. Because it’s an out house, it’s not huge, but it works for what we need. Being near the bridge and the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by. It’s a convenient spot for transport work because we are right on the path between the two big cities. The building is older and has a bit of character to it. It’s not a modern glass office. We have our desks and some chairs for visitors. Most of the time we are busy with the phones or checking on the transport schedules. It can get a bit loud with the cars and trucks on the bridge, but you get used to it. It’s an honest place. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. Just a door and a desk. People know us because of the location near the C. I. D. office. It’s a landmark. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don’t even need the address anymore. We just keep doing the transport work day in and day out. We keep a pot of water by the door for anyone who stops in thirsty from the road.
