Prasanna Tools

Our shop is over at J-243 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. If you know the industrial zone here, you know it’s mostly just rows of small factories and workshops like ours. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but the fans keep things moving enough to work. We spend most of our time with different kinds of hand tools and specialized equipment. My father started this place, and I just kind of stayed on after finishing school. There’s always a pile of metal or some half-finished project sitting on the main bench. We don’t really have a front desk or a receptionist; if you walk in, you’ll likely just find one of us covered in dust or holding a wrench. Lunch is usually just tiffins we bring from home, eaten quickly before the afternoon shift starts. The road outside is usually full of tempos and delivery trucks dropping off raw materials. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the J block, but we like being part of the Bhosari industrial community. There’s a tea stall at the corner where everyone gathers around four o'clock. We don't have much in the way of a fancy office, just a small corner with a desk and a computer that’s mostly covered in fine metal dust. It's a simple life here, just making sure the orders are ready on time for the bigger plants.
