Prasanna Cargo

Prasanna Cargo is based in Thergaon, Pune, specifically in the Mangal Nagar area. We are located at Ramkripal 17/4 (A), right on Lane -3 near Suvarndeep Mitra Mandal. This part of Pune has changed so much since we first started. It’s a lot busier now, which means there’s more cargo to move but also more traffic to deal with. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the incoming and outgoing requests. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s mostly just us handling phone calls and checking on delivery statuses. We know that when someone sends a package, they just want it to get there without any fuss. We try to make that happen without making things too complicated. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or issues that are out of our hands, but we always try to be honest about it. We don't use a lot of fancy slogans. We just work through the piles of paperwork and make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. Being in Thergaon puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city quickly, though the narrow lanes can be a bit tricky for the larger vehicles. We’ve been around long enough that the neighbors know who we are. We have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving, but it still gets quite warm in the afternoons. We just take it one day at a time.
