Prannoy Estate Consultant is based at Viman Nagar Bhatar Road 31. This neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up here. There used to be way more open space, but now it’s all buildings and traffic. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the chairs where people sit when they want to talk about moving. We spend a lot of time on our phones or driving around to look at different flats and plots nearby. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. The keys for different properties are all hanging on a board behind the main desk, and sometimes it's a mess to find the right one. We know the streets around Viman Nagar pretty well because we’re out in them every day. It’s not like those big corporate agencies you see on TV. We just know the local landlords and the people looking for a place to stay or start a shop. Sometimes a deal takes months, and other times it happens in a week. You never really know. When it's hot outside, we just keep the fan on high and hope the power doesn't go out. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most people just walk in or call the number on our board. We’re just here doing the regular work of matching people with places. It is what it is, day in and day out.
