Pranjape Scheme

Pranjape Scheme is based out of Sneha Paradise in Pune. Specifically, we’re in room F A 205. It’s a typical Pune apartment setup that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s not a huge office building, just a regular place where we can sit down and get our planning done. Living and working in Maharashtra, especially in a place like Pune, means things are always moving fast. But inside our little corner of Sneha Paradise, we try to keep things organized. We deal with various schemes and projects, and most of our time is spent looking at maps or talking to people on the phone. The walls are mostly covered in notes and calendars. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. We just use what we have. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s all very normal. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and lunch. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, and we prefer it that way. It keeps the stress down. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need many rules. We know what needs to be done. We just show up in the morning, do the paperwork, and handle the calls. It’s a solid way to spend the day in the city and it works well for our group.
