We are located in Pune, right in the P.M.C Colony over at Ghorpade Peth. It’s a pretty central part of the city, so it’s always crowded and noisy around our office. Pranav Buildcon has been operating from this spot for quite a while now. Construction in Pune is never easy because the streets are tight and the traffic is always a nightmare, but we make it work. Our office isn’t much to look at, honestly. It’s just a place where we do our bookkeeping and meet with the site supervisors. You’ll usually find someone coming in or out with a question about a delivery or a permit. There are no marketing people or a fancy front desk here. It’s just us. A lot of time is spent on the phone trying to track down suppliers or checking on how the concrete is setting at a new site. Every day brings a different kind of problem to solve. Sometimes the rain gets in the way of the schedule, and we just have to wait it out. Big words and huge promises aren't our thing. We just try to build things that are solid. People around the colony know who we are. We’re just a local business trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s a living, and it keeps us on our toes every single day in this busy city.
