About Pramod Ranjanikar – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Pune
I’ve been working out of this space at Vadgaon Budruk for several years. The address is Tulshidham Char Rasta, specifically B1/14. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, though the intersection outside gets a bit hectic during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. My setup isn't anything fancy; it’s just a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of files that I really should organize better when I find the time. People usually find me through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the Tulshidham area and saw the name. I don't spend much on advertising because I’d rather just focus on the task at hand. The room is a bit small, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home now. I spend my days going through documents, taking notes, and talking to folks who stop by with questions. It’s a one-man show for the most part, so things move at my own pace. Sometimes I’m out of the office visiting sites or meeting people, so the door might be locked for a few hours in the afternoon. I’ve lived and worked around Vadgaon Budruk for a long time, so I know the area pretty well. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and I like being tucked away in B1/14. Nothing too flashy here, just me doing my thing and trying to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door and needs a hand.
