Pramasoft Pvt Ltd Pune

We are located over in Hadapsar, right in Vardhman Township. It's a busy part of Pune, especially with all the new buildings coming up lately. Our office is in D2, flat 104. It's not a huge skyscraper. It's a regular flat we converted so we could work together. We spend most of our time on computers. Some days the internet is great, other days it’s a bit slow and we end up talking more than typing. We started Pramasoft because we wanted to do our own thing. Most of us worked in big offices before and didn't like the long commutes. Now we just walk or take a short ride. We don't wear suits. Usually just jeans and whatever is comfortable for sitting all day. Sasane Nagar has everything we need nearby, like good food spots. If someone needs a project done, they come talk to us. We don't have a receptionist. You just knock on the door and walk in. It gets a bit cramped when we have too many boxes of cables lying around, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the next giant tech firm. We just like solving problems and getting the work finished for our clients. It's a quiet life for the most part. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, but we always make sure there’s enough coffee in the pot. It's a decent way to earn a living in Pune.
