We are located up on the second floor of the Bhupati Complex. It’s in Sadashiv Peth, right near the Dnyan Prabodhini school. Being on the second floor means folks have to walk up the stairs or take the lift, so we don't get many random people just wandering in. We act as a medical agency, which means we handle a lot of distribution and bigger orders for other businesses. The office is usually filled with stacks of papers and cardboard boxes. S S Road is always bustling with people and bikes. It is a very old and historic part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this specific building for quite a long time now. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the inventory we have to keep, but we make it work somehow. We don't have any fancy office furniture or decorations. It's just desks, chairs, and a whole lot of metal shelving. Our team here is small and we’ve worked together for years. We spend most of our day on the telephone or double-checking the stock levels in the back. It involves a lot of logistical work and coordination. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when five different orders come in at the same time. We just put our heads down and try to get the work done. Prakash Medical Agency isn't a flashy name, but we do our job. It’s just a practical business in a busy town.
