Praj Constructions(Proprietor)

Praj Constructions is a small operation run by a proprietor. We are located at 28, Yojanagar on the Chakan Road in Talegaon Dabhade. It's out in the Pune district. Being near Chakan Road means we see a lot of traffic and activity every day. We do construction work, mostly small to medium stuff. It’s just us and a few reliable workers we’ve used for years. We don't have a big headquarters or anything like that. The office is basically where we keep the tools and do the paperwork. Talegaon Dabhade is a growing area, so there is always some work to be found. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just like to do a good job on the projects we take on. Sometimes we get behind because of the rain or someone gets sick, but we always finish what we started. People around Yojanagar know where to find us if they need something built. We don't do a lot of advertising. Usually, someone sees a wall we built or a house we finished and asks who did it. That’s how we get most of our work. It’s a simple way to run a business but it has worked for us so far. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the current job. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep building stuff.
