Pragati Construction

Pragati Construction is based over at 97/4 Camp Sakinaka, specifically in the Pragati Harmony building. It is quite close to Jalvayu Vihar, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the neighborhood. The office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or cement that have been left on the tables. Since we do construction work, there is always someone coming in with mud on their boots or wearing a hard hat. It is a bit chaotic, honestly. Phones are ringing, and there is usually a radio playing some local station in the corner. We spend half our time here and the other half out at various sites around the city. The Sakinaka traffic is always a nightmare, so we have learned to plan our day around the worst hours. Sometimes we have meetings right there on the sidewalk because the office is too small for everyone to fit at once. We have been working on projects in this neighborhood for a while, so we know the ground pretty well. It is not a polished environment. There are stacks of bricks outside sometimes and the walls are covered in project schedules that keep changing. My desk is a mess of pens and measuring tapes. We just focus on getting the structures built and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. The coffee is usually cold by the time I get a chance to drink it.
