Mini Meals is located at J-3 in Sector 27. We are right opposite the Rambagh Mandir in Pradhikaran. Being across from the temple means we see a lot of people coming and going, especially on festival days or weekends. It’s a nice, peaceful spot despite the foot traffic. Our place is small, which I guess matches the name. We don't have a big dining hall or anything like that. It’s a very practical kitchen and service area. Most of the time it smells like whatever we are cooking that morning. We get in early to start the prep work because that’s when the neighborhood is quietest. By the time the temple starts getting busy, we are already in the middle of our routine. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit old, but it’s clean and it works for us. We have a few regular customers who come by every single day, so we know their names and what they like. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a fancy menu printed on glossy paper; it’s usually just written on a board or something. Working in Pradhikaran is good because it’s a settled neighborhood. We just focus on getting the food ready and making sure everything is handled for the day ahead. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. We’re just a small shop doing our thing near the temple.
