Trafitronics India Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 168 in Sector 27 of Pradhikaran, Nigdi. It’s a pretty decent area to work in. We’ve got a regular building where we handle all our electronic and traffic-related stuff. It isn't a high-rise office with glass windows everywhere. It's a functional space where we can actually get things done. Some of us have been working here in Nigdi for years. The commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. We spend our days looking at circuit boards or dealing with assembly. It can get a bit cluttered with parts and boxes sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a lot of corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We usually just huddle around a desk and figure things out. The neighborhood is okay, there are some places to eat nearby. We just focus on the work at hand. No one here is trying to win awards for being the flashiest company. We just want to make sure the things we build actually work. People find us because they need specific electronic solutions. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. If you come by Sector 27, you’ll see our gate. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. Just a local team in Pradhikaran doing their daily jobs.
