Bandhejj Dress & Materials

We have our shop set up in Sector 24, Pradhikaran over in Nigdi. It’s a good spot, though we also have things going on at the 46/4 Gb Palya location on Hosur Road. Managing stuff across these areas can be a bit of a stretch sometimes, but we make it work. At Bandhejj Dress & Materials, it’s mostly about the fabrics and the different patterns we have in stock. The shelves are usually piled high with rolls of cloth and ready-made pieces. It gets a bit messy when we’re showing things to customers because we have to pull everything out to find the right color or material. We don't have fancy displays or bright lights. It’s more of a traditional store where you can come and touch the fabric yourself. We get a lot of local folks coming in from around Nigdi. They usually know exactly what they want, but sometimes they like to sit and browse for a while. We talk about the designs and what’s new. It’s a friendly environment. We’ve been here long enough that many customers have become more like friends. We just try to keep a good variety of materials so there's always something different to look at. It’s hard work keeping everything organized, but we enjoy seeing the finished dresses after people take the material and get it stitched up. It's just a regular shop doing its best.
