Our shop, Prabhune Diamonds Store Pvt Ltd, is located on the ground floor in the Chinchwad area. We are very close to the Morya Samadhi Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are visiting the temple. The store itself is quite simple with glass counters where we keep the items we have for sale. I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass because fingerprints show up so easily. It is usually quiet inside, a nice change from the busy streets outside near the temple grounds. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they look at what we have. Most of our visitors are local families who have been living in Chinchwad for generations. We don't have big flashing lights or loud music playing. It is just a calm place where you can look at the pieces without any rush. My family has been involved in this kind of work for a long time, so we just continue the tradition here on the ground floor. The morning starts with us opening the shutters and setting everything out in the displays. In the evenings, we carefully pack things away. Being near the Morya Samadhi Mandir means we see a lot of people passing by, especially during festival times. It's a nice spot to be in, and we’ve become a small part of the neighborhood over the years. We just keep things running as they always have been.
