We are over here at Flat No 3 in the Siddheshwar apartment, right by the Gulab Nagar bus stop in Dhankwadi. It’s a busy spot in Pune and we spend most of our mornings just getting things organized for people who drop by. Our space isn't huge but we keep it filled with the usual items people need for their bathrooms or kitchens. Most days at Prabhat Sanitaryware Pve.Ltd are spent talking to contractors or locals who just need a quick replacement for a leaking tap or a new flush valve. Dealing with traffic around the bus stop is a bit of a headache sometimes when the big delivery trucks arrive at the wrong time. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now. It’s mostly about managing the stock and making sure we have the right sizes of pipes and fittings sitting on the shelves. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the small desk because someone walks in with a complicated plumbing problem that takes an hour to figure out. We just do our thing here and try to keep everything moving without too much fuss. There isn't much fancy about the office, just some chairs and a lot of heavy boxes stacked in the corners. We know the neighbors in the building pretty well. If you are coming from the main road, you just look for the apartment building right near the stop. It’s a regular routine of checking orders and answering the phone when it decides to ring.
