Prabhakar M Kakade

I’ve been working out of Shankar Nagar 2Nd Cross 14 for several years. My name is Prabhakar M Kakade, and this is where I keep all my tools and paperwork. It’s a simple setup in a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. I like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. Most of my neighbors know what I do, and sometimes they pop in just to say hello or ask for a bit of advice. The office is usually cluttered with old files and samples I’ve collected over time. I try to stay organized, but work has a way of piling up when you’re busy. I don't have a big team or a receptionist. If the phone rings, I’m the one who answers it. I spend a lot of my day either here at the desk or out at various sites seeing how things are progressing. It’s a lot of walking and talking to different people to make sure things are moving along as they should. Shankar Nagar is a decent area with everything close by, so I don't have to go far for supplies. I’ve always preferred working for myself because I can set my own pace. It isn't always easy, and there are days when nothing seems to go right, but that’s just part of the job. I’ve learned to take the good days with the bad ones and keep going.
