Power Formers Engineers (P) Ltd. is tucked away at El-11 in the Electronic Zone of Bhosari. This part of the J Block is usually humming with the sound of industrial activity from morning until late evening. Our building is a simple structure that focuses more on what goes on inside than how it looks from the road. Inside, you will find rows of benches and various bits of testing equipment scattered around. It is not the kind of place where you will see people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes, dealing with the technical side of engineering day in and day out. The air in the Electronic Zone always feels a bit heavy with the scent of soldering and metalwork. We keep a fairly steady routine here, starting with a quick check of the previous day’s output before diving into the new tasks. There is no big reception desk or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the workspace to find who they are looking for. We handle a lot of technical components, and the guys are pretty focused on getting the specs right. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep things moving. It is a straightforward operation where we care more about the machinery than about having a polished image.
