Our office is up on the first floor of the Harimanisha Building, right at 468 Nana Peth. If you know Pune, you know Nana Peth is a crowded, lively place with a lot going on. Potential Project Managers (P) Ltd has been based here for a good bit of time. We aren't some big fancy firm from a tech park; we’re right in the middle of the city noise. Most days involve us sitting around the big desk upstairs planning out schedules or talking to contractors on the phone. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for projects that people see going up around Maharashtra. It isn't always glamorous work. There’s a lot of checking lists and making sure materials actually show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly. That’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve got a small team here in Pune. We know the local suppliers and how to get things moved through the streets without too much trouble. We don’t spend much time writing brochures or making things look pretty on paper. We’d rather just be out at a site making sure the walls are straight and the roof is going on right.
