Our place is situated at 3, Commerce Avenue, right off Paud Road. It’s a decent spot for a business like Positronic Asia Pte Ltd. We spend most of our time dealing with connectors and various hardware pieces that go into bigger machines. It’s quiet work for the most part, though things can get hectic when a big order comes through. The office isn't very big, so we’re all pretty close to each other throughout the day. We’ve got shelves lined with all sorts of parts, and it takes a bit of work to keep it all straight. Paud Road is usually humming with activity, which keeps things interesting. We aren't the type to have big meetings or long speeches about what we do. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. A lot of our day is just checking labels and moving boxes around. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that’s probably the biggest crisis we face in a week. We’ve been here long enough that the commute feels like second nature now. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get things done and keep the business moving along. We try to leave on time most days, unless the paperwork piles up. It’s just how we run things around here.
