We are located out in Vadgaon Maval, which is a bit of a distance from the main Pune city. Our setup is c/o Vanita Chavan here in the Maval taluka. It’s a different vibe out here compared to the crowded city centers. Things move a little bit slower, but the work is still there. We focus on the steel processing coordination for this region. The surroundings are a bit more open, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. Our office is functional. We have what we need to get the job done, and not much else. There aren't any big corporate logos on every wall. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have the long commutes that people in the city deal with. We know the local area well. When customers or drivers come by, we usually have a chat. It’s a friendly enough place. We handle the documents and the scheduling for the steel shipments. Sometimes the weather affects how things move, especially during the monsoon. We just take it as it comes. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just work hard and try to make sure everything is in order by the time we lock up for the day. It’s just a normal day’s work for us.
