Our office is in Flat 27, Building 3D, inside Aditya Garden City in Warje. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential-style complex, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the administrative and processing oversight from here. Since it's in Pune-52, it’s tucked away from the main industrial noise but still close enough to be useful. The space is filled with computers and stacks of papers. It’s not fancy. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. Working in a place like this means we know our neighbors. We try to keep the noise down out of respect. Most of the day is spent on the phone or tracking shipments on the screen. It can get a bit repetitive, but the steel business is like that. We don't have a big fancy reception desk or anything. If you walk in, you'll just see us working. We are a small group and we’ve worked together for a while now. We don't bother with fancy titles much. Everyone just helps out where they can. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due. The traffic in Warje can be a pain in the evenings, so we usually try to time our exit right. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on getting the steel orders processed correctly.
