We’ve been set up at the Kumar Business Centre for some time now. Being on the 99th floor means we see a lot of the city from up here. Posco Maharashtra Steel Pvt. Ltd. is basically run from this spot on Bund Garden Road. It is right across from the garden, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during rush hour, but it’s quieter once you get up to our level. We handle a lot of the daily operations for the steel business from these desks. It involves a fair bit of coordination. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when shipments are moving. We aren't really into the flashy corporate stuff. It’s just a group of us working through the files and making sure the numbers add up. The office has its quirks, like the slow lift in the morning. We usually grab tea nearby before heading up. Bund Garden is a nice area to be based in. There are plenty of places to eat around here too. We just keep our heads down and manage the steel supply as best as we can. It’s steady work. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this place over the years. It’s home base for our team. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just a simple place where we get through the daily paperwork and make sure the steel gets to where it needs to go. It works for us.
