Polynova Resins

Polynova Resins is tucked away at Plot No. 81, which is part of the Swami Vivekanand Co-Industrial Estate on Handewadi Road in Hadapsar. It’s an industrial area, so you’ll see a lot of similar units around us. Our place at Survey No 54 is where we handle all the resin-related work. It’s a functional space, filled with drums and mixing equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes because things can get a bit messy. The air has that specific smell of materials being processed, which we don’t even notice anymore. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for quite a while. The roads around here can be a bit bumpy, especially after the rains, but we manage to get our supplies in and out. Most of the people working here live nearby in Hadapsar or the surrounding areas. We have a small office attached to the main work floor where we keep the records. It’s pretty noisy during the day when the machines are running, so we usually have to raise our voices to be heard. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on making sure the batches are right. It’s a lot of manual work and constant monitoring. We like the community of other businesses here in the estate, as everyone is pretty much in the same boat. It's just a regular factory day for us.
