Polybond India Private Limited Medical Division

We are based out in Sanaswadi, specifically at Gat No. 1087/1088 on the Pimpale Jagtap Link Road. It’s right off the Pune Nagar Road, which is a major route for anyone traveling through this part of the state. Since we are in the medical division of Polybond, our work involves a lot of technical details and manufacturing standards. The area here is quite industrial. You see a lot of factories and large trucks moving around all day. Our facility is designed for production, so it’s more about functionality than looks. The floors are concrete, and there’s always the sound of machinery or packaging tape in the background. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months in Pune. We have a lot of people working here in different sections, all focused on getting the medical parts right. The link road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just life in an industrial zone like Shirur Taluka. We don’t have a fancy showroom for visitors. Instead, we have aisles of inventory and workstations where the real work happens. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. Everyone here knows their job, and we just keep the lines running to meet the demand. It’s a solid, hardworking environment where we focus on the task at hand without any fluff. Most of us take our lunch break under the shade outside.
