Pnc Infratech. Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is at C 162 in Lohia Nagar, over in Ghaziabad. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s a decent place to run a business like Pnc Infratech. Pvt. Ltd. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a normal office where we do the heavy lifting of project planning and administration. We work on infrastructure, which means a lot of technical details and long hours looking at spreadsheets. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. We don’t have a marketing team writing pretty stories for us. We’re just engineers and managers trying to make sure the roads or bridges we are involved with get built correctly. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but it’s home to us. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and talk about the day's progress. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use corporate speak because it doesn't help get the work done. We prefer to just speak plainly and handle the tasks as they come. Being in Ghaziabad puts us close to a lot of our project sites, which makes the commute a lot easier for the staff here.
