Pmt Machines Ltd is based here in Pune, Maharashtra. This city is pretty much the heart of engineering in this part of India, so we feel right at home. We’ve been operating for several years now, focusing on whatever machinery needs attention. Our daily routine is mostly about checking orders and making sure the technical specs are right. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us, the machines, and the customers who have been coming to us for a long time. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the monsoon can slow things down when the roads get flooded. We just keep the shop running as best as we can. There’s always some new problem to solve with a motor or a lathe, and that keeps the days from getting boring. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to do the job right and keep the lights on. Most of our guys have been with us for years and they know the equipment inside and out. It’s a simple life, focused on mechanical things and practical solutions. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s been this way for a long time and we don't see any reason to change it now.
