Plico

You can find us at C2/20 in the Konark Nagar Society in Chinchwad. It’s a bit different being in a residential society area rather than a big industrial plot, but we make it work for what we do at Plico. The atmosphere is a little quieter than the main MIDC roads, though there is still the usual neighborhood noise. We have a small setup where we handle our business, and it is mostly just about keeping things organized and getting the paperwork or small-scale work done. The space is relatively compact, so we have to be careful about how much stuff we keep on hand. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team working out of this unit. Most of the time, it’s just us focusing on the daily tasks, answering the phone, and making sure the bits and pieces we manage are in the right place. Being in Konark Nagar is convenient because it’s a known spot in Chinchwad, making it easier for people to drop by if they need to. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just a regular door in the society. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the place, and it suits our needs for now. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a massive factory, and we like the local feel of the neighborhood.
