Plantarea

Plantarea is located in Bavdhan, right in the Pasalkar Market area at Plot No 19, near Vaidehi Enclave. It’s a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, tucked away in Upper Indira Nagar. We spend most of our time surrounded by greenery and soil. It’s a bit of a messy job, but we like it that way. The air always smells like earth and wet leaves here. We handle plants and everything that goes with them. It isn't a high-tech operation. We have some shelves, a lot of pots, and tools that have seen better days. People come to us when they want to add some life to their balconies or gardens. We tell them what usually grows well in this climate and what tends to die quickly. There's no point in selling someone something that won't last. Bavdhan has a lot of new apartments, so we see many people trying to figure out their small outdoor spaces. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about plants. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If you walk into the market, you'll eventually find us. Sometimes the weather is too hot and we just sit in the shade and wait for the sun to go down. It's a slow-paced kind of business, which suits the plants just fine. We just keep things moving and help out where we can. It’s a good way to spend the day.
