We are located on the first floor of the Gran Exito building in the BT Kawade area of Hadapsar. Our office is room 112. It’s a fairly standard office space, though we try to keep it organized with all the technical drawings and folders we have. We do a lot of planning and architectural work, which means the atmosphere is usually pretty quiet because everyone is concentrating on their monitors. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a bit now. Hadapsar is quite a hub, so it’s easy for us to get to different parts of the city from here. We don’t really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you'll see the team working at their desks. We handle a lot of the technical side of things, making sure the plans are accurate and the details are all there. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and checking and re-checking the numbers. Sometimes the commute through the Hadapsar traffic is a bit much, but once we’re in the office, we just get on with it. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work just to take a break. It’s a professional enough environment but we aren't robots. We have our slow days and our days where everything seems to happen at once. It’s just a group of people trying to do good work and get the plans finished on time for whoever needs them.
