Planarch

We operate Planarch from a space at 26/8 in Wakdewadi. If you know the area, you know it’s got a mix of everything, and it’s always busy. Our office is tucked away in there, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not a large place, just enough room for our drafting tables and the computer setups we need. We’ve been here for a good number of years now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't put much stock in flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve done before or from local contractors who know we’re reliable. We’re just a small team, so when you call, you’re usually talking to the person actually doing the drawings. There’s no corporate layer to go through. We tend to keep things practical. We look at the space, listen to what's needed, and try to find a way to make it happen without wasting money. It’s not always glamorous. There are days when we’re just stuck doing paperwork or fighting with a printer. But that’s how a small business works. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by Friday. We like what we do, and we like doing it here in Wakdewadi. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and that is what we prefer.
