Pitashri Promotors & Developers Meghrang

We are located in Warje, right by the Indrayani Nagar Chowk in J Block. The address is 84/2. Pitashri Promotors & Developers Meghrang is a long name for a small group of us trying to make sense of the local real estate. Warje has changed so much from when we first started out here. Now there are buildings and roads everywhere you look. Our office is a simple place where we meet people who are looking for a bit of land or a new home. We have a lot of maps on the wall that are starting to yellow at the edges. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit and talk in the dark until it comes back on. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to sell you something you don't really need. It’s more about finding a place that fits. The chowk outside is always noisy with rickshaws and motorbikes, but inside the office, it’s usually okay. We know most of the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren't a big corporate developer with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the area well and have lived here for years. If you drop by, we might offer you some water and a plastic chair. That’s about as formal as we get. It’s just how we do things in this neighborhood and we like it.
