Pioneer Surgicals

Pioneer Surgicals is based at 3/D Lohegaon Punit Nagar. We are on O P Road in the Choice Arcade, which is right opposite the Ruby Hall Clinic. Being near a big hospital like Ruby Hall means we see a lot of activity all day long. Ambulances come and go, and there are always people around. Our shop in Choice Arcade is where we keep all the surgical supplies. It’s not a huge place, but we pack a lot into the shelves. We have everything from basic bandages to more specialized instruments. The morning starts with us checking what’s been sold and what needs to be ordered. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the clinic. The Punit Nagar area is fairly busy, so there’s always noise from the street. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know us. The shop floor is simple, with tiled floors and glass counters. It’s not meant to be a lounge; it’s a workplace. We try to keep things organized so we can find what’s needed quickly. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stay to sort them out. It’s a very practical kind of life. We don’t have a marketing department. We just provide the supplies people ask for. It’s a steady job in a busy part of Lohegaon. We often have tea together in the late afternoon before the evening rush starts.
