Pioneer Industries

Pioneer Industries is located in the H-Block of Morwadi, right near the Western Express Highway at A-165. It's a very busy area with a lot of noise from the highway traffic always hum in the background. We’ve been here in Pimpri for a long time. The workshop floor is usually where most of the action happens every day. We make various industrial parts that go out to other factories in the region. It’s a lot of metal work and the smell of oil and machines is always in the air. We aren't a big corporate entity with a polished lobby or a receptionist. When you walk in, you’re likely to see someone in dusty overalls before you see a desk or a chair. We have a lot of old machines that still run better than the new ones we bought recently. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we keep the big fans going all day. Our workers have been with us for years, and we know each other's families. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just talk over things during our tea break or while standing around a machine. The Morwadi area has changed a lot since we first moved in, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We just focus on getting the orders finished and out the door on time. Sometimes we have to stay late to fix a machine that broke, but that's just the trade.
