Pink City Residential Project Of Bungalow

We are over at Kakde Nager, specifically in Building A, Flat 19. If you know Chinchwadgaon-33, you probably know the area. It is where we handle the Pink City Residential Project. Most days involve looking at bungalow plans or checking on the site progress. It is not some huge fancy corporate office, just a regular flat where we get the work done. Dealing with residential projects takes a lot of time and patience. You have to watch the small details. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk in Flat 19, but that is just how it goes when you are building homes. Chinchwadgaon has changed a lot over the last decade or so. We remember when there was way less traffic around here. Now it is a busy spot. People keep asking about when the next bungalow phase starts. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. It is a local operation, nothing too flashy or polished. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. We spend most of the morning on the phone or out at the site. By the afternoon, we are usually back at the office trying to catch up on things. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the construction nearby, but we like being right where the action is. Building bungalows is tough work but it keeps us busy every single day of the week. We just take it one project at a time.
