N. P. K. Founders

We are based in MIDC Pimpri, surrounded by big names like ABB Limited and Alfa Laval India Limited. B.G. Shirke is right near us too. Even though we are in the middle of all these giants, N. P. K. Founders is a much more modest operation. Our workshop is where we spend all our time. It’s a loud place with the sound of machinery and the smell of metal everywhere. You won’t find any carpets or fancy lighting here. It is a foundry, after all. Everything is covered in a bit of dust, and the walls are darkened from the heat. We don't have a team of people to handle our public relations. We just talk to our customers directly. It’s a lot of physical work, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. Sometimes the orders pile up and we have to work through the weekend to catch up. It isn’t a glamorous business, but we take pride in the stuff we make. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe our mission. We just focus on getting the pours right and making sure the molds are solid. Pimpri is a busy place, and we are just glad to have our spot in it. It’s practical, honest work that requires a lot of sweat. We just show up and do our best every day.
