Jayson Industries

Down here in the MIDC area of Pimpri, things are always on the move. Jayson Industries is located at Plot No. 18 in the F-ii Block. It is a solid industrial neighborhood and you can hear the sounds of machines and metal tools from the neighbors all day long. We have been in Pune for a long time. Our workspace is usually filled with various parts and tools. Sometimes it looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where every single piece is. We have a crew that has been working together for years. We aren't really the type of people to wear suits or sit in long meetings about corporate strategy. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty whenever we need to. The floor is hard concrete and the lights are very bright. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout a bit just to be heard over the noise. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting together talking about our families or the local cricket scores. It is just a regular factory vibe. We make sure the stuff we produce is what the customers asked for and that it gets loaded onto the right trucks. It is simple, honest work. We do not try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local business in Pimpri trying to do a decent job for everyone.
