Down here at Bibwewadi on Bhoopasandra Road 4, things stay fairly busy with young people coming in and out. Most of them have big dreams about flying or working on planes, and we at Pilots Airhostess Consulting Firm are just here to tell them how the whole process actually works. We spend our mornings sorting through applications and talking to folks who want to know what it takes to be a pilot or an airhostess. It’s a lot of talking, honestly. The office isn't very large, so when we have a few people waiting, it gets a bit cramped. We have some posters on the walls of old planes, but mostly it’s just desks and chairs. We try to give practical advice, like what to wear or how to answer questions during those tough interviews. Sometimes parents come in too, looking more nervous than their kids. We explain the training steps and what the different airlines are looking for this month. It’s funny how some people think it’s all glamour, but we tell them about the long hours and the tired feet. We’ve seen a lot of faces pass through this Bibwewadi office over the years. Some come back to tell us they got the job, which is always nice to hear. Mostly we are just here at Bhoopasandra Road from nine to five, keeping the files in order and answering the same questions over and over again for the new students.
